Duties will include assisting customers, answering phones, writing work orders, follow-up phone calls, technical research, filing, loading and unloading units.

Resolve in / outbound customer telephone inquiries 

Process warranty claims, questions and concerns

Perform service cashier duties as required

Monitor work order efficiency to ensure high level performance levels

Perform daily record keeping and reporting

Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those encountered in the course of work

Execute related duties as required


Customer service experience with a proven record of excellent performance

Secondary education or equivalent 

3 - 5 years of experience in a dealership environment

Ability to provide a clean driver’s abstract

Knowledge of automotive and/or marine maintenance and repair

Aptitude for following oral and written instructions

Facility to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines

Ability to function in a team oriented environment and achieve common goals

Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance and work environment
